Yes, we are authorized retailers for every brand we carry. Each pair of eyewear comes with a certificate of authenticity and the original manufacturer's packaging.
How long does it take to process prescription lenses?
Prescription orders typically take 5-7 business days to process, as our master opticians custom-craft each lens to your specific requirements before shipping.
What is your return policy for eyewear?
We offer a 14-day return policy for sunglasses and non-prescription frames in their original condition. Please note that custom-made prescription lenses are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Dayal Opticals ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at the checkout page.
How do I know which frame size is right for my face?
You can find the frame measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length) on the product page. We also offer a virtual try-on feature for selected luxury styles.
Do my glasses come with a warranty?
All eyewear purchased from Dayal Opticals comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering production defects. This does not cover accidental damage or lens scratches.
